Teacher’s Induction

We started the significant task of searching for a teacher whom we could trust with the future of the children. We interviewed Hemanta Tumung, a prospective candidate for teaching in the lower primary school. We promised him a monthly remuneration to which he agreed. He agreed to teach English, Assamese and Maths to the students. We established a fund with the help of contributions from each member of the trust to facilitate the salary disbursal. We also took efforts to manage the miscellaneous expenses of the school.
